As women continue to close the wage and ‘C suite’ gap we need to examine what being a ‘leader’ really looks like. Women can lead from any position, Executive Director to stay at home mom and entrepreneur and everywhere in-between. We will look at various styles of leadership, how leadership shows up in different seasons of our lives, what leadership means and the impact of truly human leadership can have on the people around us.
