What is the answer to sustainable success? How does one organization seem to continually struggle while its competition always seems to advance and enjoy success? Successful organizations have figured out the one solution that 46% of all businesses have not.

What is that one solution? Developing people. Dr. Michael Rhodabarger teaches organizations how to frame success by creating powerful teams, one employee at a time. It all begins with a solid foundation of servant leadership defined by three strategic competencies. Once this style of leadership is developed and

mastered, businesses begin to see tangible transformations within their company and people. Transformational leadership is defined by four competencies and are essential to cohesive teamwork and organizational success.

This process of framing success, taught by Dr. Rhodabarger, is informational, inspirational, and challenging all at the same time. Just the presentation alone will send professionals back to their jobs feeling empowered, confident, and committed to their assignments.

11:30 am – 12:00 pm: Registration and Networking

12:00 pm: Lunch served

Dr. Michael Rhodabarger is founder and consultant of ExecuSpect Business Consulting. His passion for leadership started in 1995 where he was first invited to provide training in a specific project for the plant where he was employed. Since then, he has worked for several companies in management and corporate training positions. He holds a PhD in organizational leadership and has developed a leadership assessment instrument that measures individual leadership competencies that can and should be developed if business and leader are to succeed.

Michael’s doctoral research, titled Transformational and Servant Leadership Characteristics of Successful Leaders has culminated into a book called Leadership Equilibrium and has been used for personal leadership development by individuals as well as executive bo

ards across the U.S. including churches, dealerships, manufacturing, healthcare, food service, and homeless shelters. He believes that organizational success is built on the strength of morals, values, and personal leadership competencies necessarily exhibited in the leader. He emphasizes and develops specific competencies that help leaders identify, confront, and overcome challenges threatening the progress and success of their business.

Life Philosophy: Enjoy the Journey. Your legacy is built upon every event you survive.
