Terry Duperon is the Founder, co-owner, and Chairman of Duperon Corporation, a leading innovator in liquid/solids separation systems since 1985. Known for simple, effective, and durable designs, Terry built the company on the principle that “two parts are one part too many,” shaping products that are easy to operate, maintain, and trust. His inventive approach has helped establish Duperon as a leader in water and wastewater technology.
After six decades as an entrepreneur and inventor, Terry created Duperon Education and its signature program, GLiMPSES, to teach entrepreneurial strategy, creative thinking, and the power of using one’s natural talents. His mentorship has empowered aspiring entrepreneurs, helping more than a dozen individuals launch businesses in the Saginaw area. Terry has also shared his experiences through four books and numerous articles, earning recognition for both his innovations and his commitment to giving back to the community.
